Consultations

Availability
Evening consultations are available by appointment only.  Please call (302) 328-8799 and leave a message with dates/times that would be good for you.  An associate will set up an appointment with you within a few hours.  If you leave a message after 4pm Eastern Time, we will get back to you the next business day.

Fees
The consultation fee is $25 for the first 20 minutes and $1 for each additional minute.   Cassette recordings of your consultation cost $5. Special rates for lost or stray animals.  Gift certificates are available.

What is the procedure for a consultation?
You begin by making an appointment by calling (302) 328-8799.  At the scheduled time, you call Lorelei and describe each animal (name, breed, age, appearance).  You then ask the questions that you have for your animals.  Lorelei interprets and expresses the answers they send her.   You pay by check after the consultation.

What questions can I ask?
You can talk to your animal just like you would hold a conversation with another person.   You could ask: How are you feeling? Do you like your food? Where does it hurt?   Animals can even be asked if they want euthanasia.  But remember, animal communications are never a substitute for good veterinary care, proper nutrition, exercise or training.

Does the animal need to be present?
No.  In fact, most consultations are usually by telephone.  Both you and your animal just need to be relaxed.

Helpful Hints

  • Write down a list of questions you would like to ask your animal before the consultation.
  • Keep paper and a pencil handy to jot down notes during the consultation.
  • If you think that you won't be able to write down the answers fast enough or will remember all the answers, ask that your consultation be tape-recorded before it begins. If you decide that you won't need the recording, then you can choose not to buy it.
  • Relax. This is a special time for you and your animal. Lorelei will be glad to answer any questions you have about the consultation or animal communication in general.
