Lost Animals

Has your animal left home?  Searching for a lost animal is the most upsetting time for any animal lover.  Lorelei can talk to your lost animal and relay what they are thinking and feeling.  You can ask your animal where they think they are, and other pertinent questions.  With a map, Lorelei can also dowse their location with a pendulum.

Due to the difficult nature of communicating with lost animals, Lorelei has a special rate of 2 consultations for $25 instead of $25 for each consult.  Sometimes it takes several consultations to get the animal calmed down and turned around.

Whether or not you use Lorelei's services, there are many things you can do to help bring your animal home.  The rest of this page describes techniques that can help you reunite with yourdoggie29.gif (12872 bytes) animal:

Golden Chord
The Golden Chord is a meditation that is the most important tool that you can use to urge your animal home.  The purpose of the Golden Chord is to calm your animal down so that he can think about where he is and what he is doing.  If you are upset, so is he.  If you are calm, so is he. When your animal is calm, he can think intelligently about how to get home.  Many times, the lost animal gets into "survival" mode.  The animal is so concerned about food, water, people, cars, and other environmental factors that he doesn’t take the time to sit down and think his way out of his predicament.  Here's what you can do:

Go to a comfortable place in your house where you can relax without distractions. Take a couple of deep breaths.  Close your eyes and imagine a golden chord connecting your heart with your animal’s heart.  When you are calm and relaxed, you can encourage your animal to do whatever you feel is the best: You can tell him that the golden chord is a beacon for them to come home.   Follow the golden chord home.  If they are trapped somewhere, encourage them to break free.  If they are running loose, encourage them to go to a trustworthy person who can take them to a shelter.  You can also give you animal directions on how to find his way home.doggie2.gif (10803 bytes)

You can use the Golden Chord as often as you like.

Intuition
Pay attention to your intuition.  If you suddenly get an urge to "turn left" while driving, you should.  If you suddenly get a flash of an area that you neglected to search, check it out.  The worst that could happen is that you do not find your animal.

Dreams
Have your animals come in your dreams?   You are in communication with your animal when you dream.  What is the nature of your dreams?  Is the animal OK?  Are they trying to tell you something?   Can they give you inspiration on where to search?  Do they want you to stop searching?  Do they want to come home or have they moved on?

To increase the probability that you will remember your dream, you should have your animal in your mind as the last thought before you go to sleep.  This will increase the chance of your memory of the dream.   After all, your are probably talking with your animal every night.  It is the remembering that is the difficult part.

Prayer
It doesn’t matter what religion, faith, or spirituality you practice, prayer can do nothing but help.  There is no right or wrong way to pray.  However, I suggest that you pray for the highest good of the animal instead of a specific outcome (i.e. my animal will walk home and in through the front door).  After all, you may get a phone call from someone who knows someone who saw your animal, for example.
